摘要 结合机载电子设备中常见的三防质量问题,分析了产品锈蚀的原因,从设计和工艺双重角度出发,详细介绍了能够满足三防要求的产品设计及材料选型,表面防护的选择及工艺方法,生产过程中各个工序的工艺控制要求,以及使用后的维护保养要求。三防设计已经应用于机载电子设备中,能够有效提升机载电子设备整机防护能力。 The causes of corrosion based on common quality issues in airborne electronic equipment are analyzed,and from a dual perspective of design and process,a detailed introduction to the design and materials selection of products that can meet the requirements of three-proof,surface protection selection and process methods,process control requirements for each process in the production process,and maintenance requirements after use are provided.The three-proof design has been applied to airborne electronic equipments,which can effectively enhance the overall protective ability of airborne electronic equipments.
