摘要
进入新发展阶段,推动高质量发展是保持经济持续健康发展的必然要求,而创新是引领发展的第一动力。长期以来,专利作为衡量技术创新能力的重要指标备受关注。本文介绍了经合组织提出的关于创新的重要统计指标——三方专利,并从当今世界主要国家的三方专利的分布情况来观察我国创新能力发展水平,以探索三方专利对我国科技创新事业发展的积极启示。
After entering the new stage of development,promoting high-quality development is the necessity of maintaining sustainable and healthy economic development,and innovation is the primary driving force for development.For a long time,patents,as a key indicator of innovation,have attracted considerable attention.This paper introduces the triadic patent family,an important statistical indicator of innovation proposed by OECD,and observes China’s innovation from the distribution of triadic patents in major countries in the present-day world,so as to explore the positive enlightenment of the triadic patent family indicator to the development of China’s scientific and technological innovation.
