摘要
阐述在对生产制造进行信息化升级过程中,需要采集生产过程中的相关数据,包括装配的紧固扭矩值。探讨机械式定扭矩扳手的数字化改造,达到扭矩数据的采集功能,适应生产数字化升级的要求。
This paper describes that it is necessary to collect relevant data in the production process in the process of information upgrading of production and manufacturing,including the tightening torque value of assembly.It expounds the digital transformation of mechanical constant torque wrench is carried out to achieve the function of torque data acquisition and meet the requirements of digital upgrade of production.
