摘要
氧化钇稳定氧化锆热障涂层(YSZ TBCs)综合性能优异,是当前航空航天领域应用最为广泛的热障涂层。传统的YSZ TBCs难以在1200℃以上长期服役,有必要采取措施进一步提升其性能。简要介绍了YSZ TBCs的发展历史,重点从掺杂改性、结构优化、工艺优化等方面对YSZ TBCs的性能提升途径进行了综述,最后根据YSZ TBCs的研究现状对未来的发展方向进行展望。
Yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia thermal barrier coatings(YSZ TBCs)have excellent comprehensive performance,which are the most widely used thermal barrier coatings in the current aerospace field.The traditional YSZ TBCs are difficult to serve for a long time above 1200℃,so it is necessary to take measures to further improve their performance.The development history of YSZ TBCs was briefly introduced,and the ways to improve the performance of YSZ TBCs were reviewed from the aspects of doping modification,structural optimization and process optimization.Finally,the future development direction was prospected according to the research status of YSZ TBCs.
