摘要
采用微弧等离子喷涂制备了SiC晶须(SiCw)掺杂部分稳定氧化锆复合热障涂层。在制备涂层过程中,记录了涂层与基体背面的温度变化,为分析涂层残余应力提供了依据。测量了试样的隔热性能,分析了涂层的微观组织特点。结果表明:随着SiCw含量的增加,复合陶瓷层的孔隙率呈增大趋势,涂层的隔热性能有所下降。
Composite thermal barrier coatings (CTBCs) of SiC whisker (SiCk) and 8wt% Y2O3 partially stabilized ZrO2 were fabricated using micro-plasma spraying system. During spraying the temperature of coating and back of substrate was measured in order to provide analyzing residual stress data. The microstructure of the coatings was analyzed. The thermal ban'ier ability of the coatings was tested. With the increase of the SiCw mixing ratio, the porosities of the composite TBCs increase, and the thermal barrier ability decline.
