柴桂退热颗粒联合阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎患儿炎症因子及免疫指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨柴桂退热颗粒联合阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎患儿炎症因子及免疫指标的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月我院收治的82例小儿支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予柴桂退热颗粒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、P物质(SP)及降钙素原(PCT)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))及白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))、第1秒用力呼吸容积/用力肺活量(FEV_(1)/FVC)及第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)%)均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论柴桂退热颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果显著,可改善患儿的临床症状,减轻炎症反应,提高免疫力及肺功能,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the effects of Chaigui Tuire granules combined with azithromycin on inflammatory factors and immune indexes in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 82 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with Chaigui Tuire granules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),substance P(SP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)and percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second in the predicted value(FEV_(1)%)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chaigui Tuire granules combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,it can improve the clinical symptoms of children,reduce inflammation,improve immunity and lung function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
