摘要
目的探讨阿奇霉素+特步他林雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的可行性。方法选择我院160例2017年4月至2019年2月小儿支原体肺炎患儿。随机分组,常规疗法治疗组实施常规疗法治疗,阿奇霉素+特步他林雾化吸入治疗组则实施阿奇霉素+特步他林雾化吸入治疗配合常规治疗。比较两组小儿支原体肺炎治疗总有效率;胸片阴影消失的时间、体温恢复正常的时间、咳嗽消失时间、生命体征恢复稳定的时间;治疗前后患儿呼气峰流速、第1秒用力呼气容积和用力肺活量;雾化吸入不良反应。结果阿奇霉素+特步他林雾化吸入治疗组小儿支原体肺炎治疗总有效率、胸片阴影消失的时间、体温恢复正常的时间、咳嗽消失时间、生命体征恢复稳定的时间、呼气峰流速、第1秒用力呼气容积和用力肺活量相比较常规疗法治疗组更好,P <0.05。阿奇霉素+特步他林雾化吸入治疗组和常规疗法治疗组雾化吸入不良反应相似,P> 0.05。结论阿奇霉素+特步他林雾化吸入治疗配合常规治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果确切,可缩短疗程和更好改善肺功能,未增加不良反应。
Objective To explore the feasibility of azithromycin+terbutaline aerosol inhalation in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 160 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups.Routine therapy group was treated with routine therapy,while azithromycin+terbutaline aerosol inhalation group was treated with azithromycin+terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with routine therapy.The total effective rate of treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia was compared between the two groups.The time of disappearance of chest film shadow,recovery of body temperature,disappearance of cough,recovery of vital signs,peak expiratory flow rate,forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity in the first second before and after treatment,and side effects of aerosol inhalation were compared.Results Azithromycin+terbutaline aerosol inhalation treatment group had better total effective rate in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children,time of disappearance of chest film shadow,time of recovery of body temperature,time of disappearance of cough,time of recovery of vital signs,peak expiratory flow rate,first second forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity than conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The side effects of azithromycin+terbutaline aerosol inhalation group were similar to those of conventional therapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin+terbutaline aerosol inhalation combined with routine treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is effective,can shorten the course of treatment and better improve lung function,without increasing side effects.
