摘要
随着城市轨道交通的飞速发展,客流量不断增加,保障其运营安全是重中之重,同时也对城市轨道交通测试认证的技术和标准提出了更高要求。为了更好地搭建国家级城市轨道交通测试认证中心,为城市轨道交通的发展提供有力支撑,首先结合国家政策、行业需求和企业存在的问题,分析了城市轨道交通测试认证的需求;其次,阐述国内外城市轨道交通测试认证中心的建设情况,选取典型测试认证基地进行分析,总结其特点和不足;最后,基于需求分析和现状分析,阐述搭建国家级城市轨道交通测试认证中心的方向和思路,并提出城市轨道交通测试认证的发展趋势与建议。
With the rapid development of urban rail transit and the continuous increase of passenger flows,guaranteeing the safety of urban rail transit becomes the top priority,and this also puts more demands on the technologies and standards of urban rail transit testing and certification.In order to better build a national urban rail transit testing and certification center and provide strong support for the development of urban rail transit,this paper,in combination with national policies,industry needs and existing problems of enterprises,first analyzes the demands for urban rail transit testing and certification.Then,it elaborates on the building of urban rail transit testing and certification centers at home and abroad,selects and analyzes some typical testing and certification centers,and summarizes their characteristics and deficiencies.Finally,based on the demand analysis and status analysis,this paper gives the direction and idea of building a national urban rail transit testing and certification center,and puts forward the development trend of and suggestions for urban rail transit testing and certification.
