摘要
目的探究思维导图结合PBL教学法在外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取北京大学第三医院延庆医院外科系统护理专业实习生作为研究对象,以2020年度实习护生为对照组;以2021年度实习护生为观察组。对照组以传统教学法开展护理临床教学;观察组应用思维导图结合PBL教学法。对两组学生的理论和操作考核成绩进行对比;教学前后采用中文版自我导向学习能力评定量表(SRSSDL-CV)对两组的自我导向学习能力进行评价。结果学习后,观察组理论和操作考试成绩、自我导向学习评价量表总分及学习意识、学习策略、学习行为、学习评价和人际关系技能各维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理教学中应用思维导图结合PBL教学法效果显著,值得在临床教学中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping combined with PBL teaching method in surgical nursing.Methods The students majoring in surgical system nursing in Peking University Third Hospital Yanqing Hospital were selected as the research object,and the students in 2020 were selected as the control group;students in 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group carried out clinical nursing teaching with traditional teaching method;the observation group used mind mapping combined with PBL teaching method.Compare the theoretical and operational test scores of the two groups of students;the Chinese version of selfrating scale of self-directed learning(SRSSDL-CV)was used before and after teaching for comparison.Result The scores of theoretical and operational tests,the total score of SRSSDL-CV,learning awareness,learning strategy,learning behavior,learning evaluation and interpersonal skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping combined with PBL teaching method in surgical nursing has significant effect and is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
