煤矿瓦斯抽采泵断水保护装置优化改进

摘要 基于煤矿水环式瓦斯抽放泵在瓦斯抽采过程中,由于抽采泵传统断水保护装置保护动作失灵现象严重,导致泵站缺水很容易烧毁抽采泵,而且可能发生泵内瓦斯爆炸事故的问题,司马矿抽采队通过技术研究,对原抽采泵断水保护装置进行优化改进,采用一套新型断水保护装置,分析了该装置结构、原理,并通过实际应用效果来看,该装置投入使用后能够对抽采泵断水及时停机,保证了抽采泵安全高效运行,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the coal mine water ring type gas pump in the process of gas extraction,due to the pumping pump traditional water breakage protection device protection action failure phenomenon is serious,resulting in pumping station water shortage is easy to burn extraction pump,and may occur in the pump gas explosion accident,this Sima mine pumping team through technical research,the original pumping pump water breakage protection device optimization improvement,using a new set of water breakage protection device,analysis of the device The structure and principle of the device,and through the practical application of the effect,the device can be put into use to pumping pump water cut-off timely shutdown,to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the pumping pump,and achieved significant application results.
