摘要
在煤矿瓦斯抽采监控系统中,由于其控制逻辑复杂,采用传统的矿用监控分站进行断电控制已不能满足要求,需要通过PLC进行自动控制,但采用PLC频率模块采集矿用传感器200-1000Hz的低频信号时误差较大,且需要进行信号隔离变换,采集困难。本文提出了一种采用西门子CP340通讯模块与矿用监控分站进行通讯,实现矿用监控分站采集的传感器数据与PLC共享的方法,阐述了系统结构、硬件配置和程序设计。现场实际应用表明,通过该方法 S7-300系列PLC可以方便采集矿用传感器数据,实现数据共享,根据采集到的数据有效控制各电气设备的运行。
n coal mine gas drainage monitoring system,due to the complexity of the control logic,the traditional mine monitoring substation of power control has been unable to meet the requirements,need through the PLC for automatic control,but the low frequency signal of PLC frequency acquisition module of mine used sensor 200-1000 HZ error bigger and signal isolation transformation and difficult to collect.In this paper a by Simens CP340 communication module and mine monitoring substation communication,the method of realizing the sharing of mine monitoring substation acquisition of sensor data with PLC,expounds the system structure,hardware configuration and software design.The practical application shows that the PLC series of S7-300 can be used to collect the data of mine sensor,realize data share and control the operation of the electrical equipments effectively according to the data collected.
