流化床法硝基苯加氢制苯胺

摘要 在分析流化床中硝基苯加氢制苯胺工艺条件的基础上,讨论催化剂流化状态、硝基苯质量、氢气质量、氢油比、硝基苯进床温度、反应温度、反应压力和催化剂等各工艺条件对反应的影响,针对工业生产实际操作条件和数据,排除部分工艺条件对反应的影响,对流化床法苯胺产品中轻组分来源进行解析,对工业生产操作具有指导意义。 Based on the process conditions analysis of nitrobenzene hydrogenation to aniline in fluidized bed,the effects of various process conditions on the reaction were discussed,such as catalyst fluidized state,quality of nitrobenzene and hydrogen,hydrogen oil ratio,nitrobenzene feed temperature,reaction temperature,reaction pressure and catalyst.According to the actual opearting conditions and data in industrial production,the influence of some process conditions on the reaction was excluded.And the source of light components in aniline products produced by fluidized bed process was analyzed.This study will have a guiding significance for industrial production and operation.
