摘要
采用清华大学研制的气体分布器、构件与两段流化床等专利技术,对兰州化学工业公司流化床制苯胺工艺进行技术改造,实现了单装置规模达7万t/a的苯胺制备的双层流化床制备苯胺工艺。新装置具有操作稳定、操作弹性大、硝基苯通量大、可促进硝基苯的深度转化、提高苯胺的纯度、催化剂寿命长、生产成本低等优点。
The technology for aniline production in Lanzhou Chemical Corporation has been improved, and a two-stage fluidized bed apparatus with a yield up to 70 kt/a has been realized by adopting a patent technology of gas distributor, internals and the two-stage fluidized bed reactor of Tsinghua University. Compared with the pristine-one, the new apparatus has some advantages, such as high throughput and deep conversion of nitrobenzene, highly pure aniline, long catalyst life and the stable operation with high flexibility and at low cost.
