摘要 中国石化武汉石油化工厂新建60万t/a重油催化裂化装置采用的国内第一套重叠式两段再生技术。它烧焦耗风少,烟道结构简单,压力控制方便。它还包括再生催化剂高效脱气和待生催化剂高效汽提技术;高效耐磨低压降分布板;灵活可调外取热器等先进技术。该装置的投产成功,证明了装置的硬件和软件的可靠性、先进性。 The first newly designed stacked two stage regenerator has been used in a 600 kt/a grassroots heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in Wuhan Petrochemical Works. The said regenerator has the advantages of low air consumption, simple structure of the flue gas pipe, convenient pressure control, high efficiency of regenerated catalysr degassing and spent catalyst stripping, low pressure drop distribution plate with attrition resistance,and flexible & adjustable external catalyst cooler. This design has proven to be successful and reliable.
