摘要
本文概述零能耗住宅可持续发展的方向与策略,以2021迪拜国际太阳能十项全能竞赛参赛作品为例,结合竞赛构建的评价框架与运行数据,从设计和运行两个层面,综述与分析零能耗住宅的被动式设计、主动式设计、太阳能应用、运行策略对建筑能源性能、舒适性能等层面的影响,评价其策略与技术措施的优势与局限性,提出改进建议及启示,为未来住宅实现零碳提供设计参考。
The research outlines directions and strategies for developing zero-energy solar houses. Focusing on eight competing houses in the Solar Decathlon Middle East 2021(SDME2021) in Dubai, the research reviews the strategies and measures from aspects of design and operation. Based on the evaluation framework and performance results in SDME2021, the research correlates the passive strategies, active systems, solar energy systems, and energy management strategies with their all-around performance in energy balance and comfort conditions. Optimisation suggestions are proposed based on evaluating the performance and limitations of strategies and measures applied in zero-energy solar houses, providing a reference for the design of zero-energy solar houses in the future.
