果园厩肥与颗粒肥混施机的设计与试验

摘要 针对新疆林果施肥人工作业劳动强度大、效率等低问题,设计了集圆盘开沟、组合式强制排肥、厩肥与颗粒肥混合施加、自导流覆土等功能于一体的果园厩肥与颗粒肥混施机,并对机具关键关键部件进行设计,确定了圆盘开沟装置、螺旋搅龙排肥装置、刮板排肥装置、外槽轮排肥装置的结构参数。在此基础上,进行了性能试验,结果表明:所研制的果园厩肥与颗粒肥混施机的施肥量均匀性变异系数为8.64%,施肥深度合格率为100%,排肥量稳定性变异系数为5.48%,断条率为0,均符合相关标准规定的作业性能指标,可以满足果园厩肥与颗粒肥混合施加要求。 Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency,and single function of existing machines and tools,a kind of manure and granular fertilizer mixed applicator was designed in order to solve the problems of Xinjiang forest fruit fertilization manual work,which includes functions such as disc trenching,self-draining and covering soil,combined forced fertilization,and mixed application of manure and granular fertilizer.The key components of the machine were designed,the structural parameters of the disc ditching device,the screw auger discharging device,the scraper discharging device,and the outer groove wheel discharging device were determined.On this basis,field experiments were carried out,and the results showed that the uniformity variation coefficient of fertilization amount of the developed orchard stable manure and granular fertilizer mixed applicator was 8.64%,the qualified rate of fertilization depth was 100%,and the variation coefficient of fertilization stability was 5.48%,and the strip breakage rate was zero,all of which met the operational performance indexes stipulated in the relevant standards and could meet the requirements of orchard stall fertilizer and granular fertilizer mix application.
