摘要
当前,国内饲料企业正处于转型升级阶段。其中,产业链上游的粮食价格逐渐上涨,产业链下游的畜牧养殖业因结构调整削减了对饲料产品的需求量,并且部分饲料企业也存在低效能、高污染的问题,这就使得饲料企业间的竞争日益激烈。为帮助饲料企业适应新的市场环境,文章从公司治理的角度分析了饲料企业转型升级的必要性,并提出了转型升级的相关策略,从而提高饲料企业的核心竞争力。
Currently,domestic feed enterprises are in the stage of transformation and upgrading.Among them,the price of grain in the upstream of the industrial chain is gradually rising,and the livestock breeding industry in the downstream of the industrial chain has reduced the demand for feed products due to structural adjustment.Moreover,some feed enterprises also have problems of low efficiency and high pollution,which has led to increasingly fierce competition among feed enterprises.In order to help feed enterprises adapt to the new market environment,this article analyzes the necessity of transformation and upgrading of feed enterprises from the perspective of corporate governance,and proposes relevant strategies for transformation and upgrading,in order to improve the core competitiveness of feed enterprises.
