摘要
命门作为中医理论中的重要概念,因其内涵多义而导致了后世诸多的误解和纷争。文章从道家思想的角度出发,通过对道家经典中丹田、玄牝的探索认识,发现中医命门概念实际是古人对“精气神”这一生命中枢的理论认知,同时,精气神合一所表达的生命征象,包括生命的出入、孕育、生化等现象也皆可定义为命门,由此而形成一个庞大的功能网络体系,以反映生命本质,维系生命活动,即泛命门体系。深入分析道家思想对泛命门体系构建的影响,可以深化对中医经典理论的认知,而理论认知的正确性和深刻程度将直接影响其临床价值。
As an important concept in Chinese medicine theory,vital gate has led to many misunderstandings and disputes in later generations because of its multiple connotations.From the perspective of Taoist thought,through the exploration and understanding of dantian and Xuanpin in Taoist classics,this paper finds that the concept of vital gate in Chinese medicine is actually the theoretical understanding of the ancients on the‘Jing Qi Shen’,the center of life,and at the same time,the life signs expressed by the unity of Jing Qi Shen,including the entry and exit of life,gestation,biochemistry and other phenomena can also be defined as the vital gate,thus forming a huge functional network system to reflect the essence of life and maintain life activities,that is,the pan vital gate system.In-depth analysis of the influence of Taoism on the construction of the Pan vital gate system can deepen the understanding of the classical theories of Chinese medicine,and the correctness and depth of theoretical cognition will directly affect its clinical value.
