摘要
摸清辽宁省抚顺市望花区的药用植物资源家底,掌握野生药用植物资源种类,建立中药资源数据库,为望花区的药用植物资源保护和可持续发展提供依据和建议。根据第4次全国中药资源普查技术规范,通过野外调查和资源评估方法,对望花区药用植物资源进行普查和统计分析,并基于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP),对望花区药用植物资源进行系统评估,寻找可开发利用药用植物资源。结果表明:本次普查累计调查研究药用植物资源410种,其中重点药材28种,特色药材18种。在17个影响望花区药用植物开发评价的指标中,权重值排在前5名的有道地性(0.260 6)、繁殖能力(0.234 5)、保护等级(0.152 7)、蕴藏量(0.078 2)和连作障碍(0.058 3),对望花区药用植物资源开发影响较大。药材资源评价分数排名前20的药用植物资源可分为3个等级,其中Ⅰ级包含药用植物4种,该类药用植物具有良好的开发前景,可作为重点开发的药用植物资源;Ⅱ级包含15种药用植物,Ⅲ级仅包含1种药用植物。望花区药用植物资源较为丰富,构建的药用植物资源评价AHP模型较为客观、合理和实用,适用于药用植物资源的评估,可指导对药用植物的开发利用。通过AHP模型评估,望花区可优先选择银杏、益母草、茵陈蒿和五味子等药用资源开发利用。
The purpose of this paper is to find out the background of medicinal plant resources,master and understand the wild drug resources and plant species,establish a database of traditional Chinese medicine resources,and provide basis and suggestions for the protection and sustainable development of medicinal plant resources in Wanghua District,Fushun City,Liaoning Province.Methods:According to the technical specification of the fourth National survey of traditional Chinese medicine,the survey and statistical analysis of the medicinal plant resources in Wanghua District were carried out through field investigation and resource evaluation methods.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the medicinal plant resources in Wanghua District were systematically evaluated to find the medicinal plant resources that could be exploited and utilized.Results:A total of 410 medicinal plant resources were investigated and studied.There were 28 kinds of key medicinal materials and 18 kinds of characteristic medicinal materials in this district.Among the 17 indexes affecting the evaluation of medicinal plant development in Wanghua District,the top 5 indexes were the geographical property(0.2606),reproductive ability(0.2345),protection grade(0.1527),reserves(0.0782)and continuous cropping barrier(0.0583),which had a great impact on the development of medicinal plant resources in this area.The top 20 medicinal plant resources in the evaluation scores of medicinal materials resources were divided into three grades,among which gradeⅠcontained 4 medicinal plants,which had a good development prospect and could be used as the key medicinal plant resources.GradeⅡcontained 15 medicinal plants,and gradeⅢcontained 1 species.Conclusion:The ecological resources of medicinal plants in Wanghua District are abundant.The AHP model of medicinal plant resources evaluation is objective,reasonable and practical,which is suitable for the evaluation of medicinal plant resources and guides the actual development and utilization.Through the AHP mode
