摘要
疫情常态化背景下,无接触餐饮配送应运而生,基于外卖配送不及时等因素导致食品过冷或过热的现实问题,设计了一种智能绿色的餐饮用保温自提柜。该装置集收发、通知、寄存、保温、消毒等多种功能于一体,联合太阳能光热/光电系统、相变蓄能和热泵系统,对食物进行保温和冷藏处理,利用光伏板供给压缩机、循环泵、自控装置等所需动力,能耗费用低,同时利用远程终端APP满足不同工况下的冷热控制要求。这一成果为服务外卖餐饮行业的绿色发展提供了一定的技术支持,具有较高的商品化潜力。
In the context of the normalization of the epidemic situation,contactless catering distribution emerged at the historic moment.Based on the practical problem that food was too cold or overheated due to factors such as untimely delivery of take-out food,an intelligent and green thermal insulation self-collecting cabinet for catering was designed.The device integrates multiple functions such as receiving and sending,notification,storage,thermal insulation,disinfection,etc.,and combines solar photothermal/photoelectric system,phase change energy storage and heat pump system to heat and refrigerate food,photovoltaic panels are used to supply the power required by the compressor,circulating pump,automatic control device,etc.,with low energy consumption and cost.At the same time,the remote terminal APP is used to meet the cold and hot control requirements under different working conditions.The achievements have provided certain technical support for the green development of the service takeaway catering industry,and have high commercialization potential.
