我国煤炭行业发展方式变革方向与路径研究 被引量:11

Research on direction and path of the transformation of the development mode of China's coal industry

摘要 分析了煤炭行业发展方式变革的主要驱动力与未来发展方向,研究了煤炭行业发展方式变革的主要路径。研究认为,煤炭行业由原来的需求拉动、要素驱动变成需求和要素倒逼,并且经济社会赋予了煤炭“平时调峰、战略储备、兜底保障”等新定位,这是煤炭行业变革的主要驱动力之一;煤炭行业发展方式变革的主要方向为煤炭全产业链自身优化发展、煤及共伴生资源开发立体化发展、煤与可再生能源深度融合发展;而主要变革路径包括构建智能绿色开发体系、健全定制化精准供应体系、形成清洁低碳利用模式、建立矿区立体化开发格局、煤炭与可再生能源组合发展。 This paper analyzes and studies the main driving forces,future development direction and main paths of the transformation of the development mode of the coal industry.The research shows that the coal industry has shifted from demand and factor driven to demand and factor forced,and the economy and society have endowed coal with new positioning such as peak shaving,strategic reserves,and bottom support,which is one of the main driving forces for the transformation of the coal industry;the main directions for the transformation of the development mode of the coal industry are the self-optimization development of the entire coal industry chain,the three-dimensional development of coal and associated resources,and the deep integration development of coal and renewable energy;the main transformation paths include building an intelligent green development system,improving a customized and precise supply system,forming a clean and low-carbon utilization model,and establishing a three-dimensional development pattern for mining areas,and developing a combination of coal and renewable energy.
