摘要
沥青路面拥有行车舒适性高、行车噪音小、施工养护较为简便等诸多优点。但是有关调查表明,沥青路面在建成后2到3年容易出现诸如裂缝、离析、层间黏结不良、车辙等形式的损坏。然而,由于路面病害结构的复杂性与隐蔽性,传统的检测技术难以适应当前道路建设的发展。三维探地雷达作为一种新型无损检测设备,兼顾无损、高效、精确、连续和数据处理简单的特点。基于此,为更加精准快速地检测沥青路面病害,掌握三维探地雷达的使用方法,本文选取樟吉高速公路与昌金高速公路共约6km的路段作为实验路段,采用三维探地雷达进行检测,分析雷达检测图像与检测数据,并统计检测路段各类病害,作出最合适的养护设计。研究表明,根据三维探地雷达检测图像,可以很好地判别裂缝、修补、脱空、层间黏结不良和混合料离析五类病害。根据路面病害统计结果,结合项目背景、原设计与施工情况,可以提出具有针对性的路面病害养护设计方案。
Asphalt pavement has many advantages such as high driving comfort,low traffic noise,and relatively easy construction and maintenance.However,surveys have shown that asphalt pavements are prone to damage in the form of cracks,segregation,poor interlayer bonding,rutting in 2 to 3 years after completion.However,due to the complexity and concealment of pavement disease structure,the traditional detection technology is difficult to adapt to the current development of road construction.As a new type of nondestructive testing equipment,3D ground search radar takes into account the characteristics of nondestructive,efficient,accurate,continuous and simple data processing.Based on this,in order to detect asphalt pavement diseases more accurately and quickly,and to master the use of three-dimensional ground-penetrating radar,a total of about 10km section of Zhangji Expressway and Changjin Expressway was selected as a test section,and three-dimensional ground-penetrating radar was used to analyze the radar detection images and detection data,and statistical detection of various types of roadway diseases to make the most suitable maintenance design.The study shows that according to the 3D ground-penetrating radar detection images,five types of diseases including cracks,repairs,debonding,poor interlayer bonding and mixture segregation can be well discerned.Based on the statistical results of pavement diseases,original design and construction,a targeted design for pavement disease maintenance can be proposed.
