摘要
依托福建国省道水泥混凝土路面的提升改造工程,选择典型的重载交通段落,采用常温洒(撒)布型极薄磨耗层在水泥混凝土路面直接加铺应用。通过加铺前后的路貌路况对比,并进行路面抗滑性能、行车噪音等连续跟踪观测,结合原材料的性能试验和室内模拟试件的力学试验,评价极薄磨耗层的使用效果、分析内在成因。结果表明,极薄磨耗层具有施工快捷、黏结牢固、抗滑降噪、封水防渗、绿色低碳、性价比高等特点,适用于目标期望一般、改造资金紧缺的水泥混凝土路面快速“白加黑”加铺工程。
Relying on the upgrading and reconstruction of the cement concrete pavement of Fujian national and provincial highways,a typical heavy-duty traffic section is selected,and the normal temperature spraying(spreading)extremely thin wearing course is directly paved on the cement concrete pavement.Through the comparison of road appearance and road conditions before and after paving,continuous tracking and observation of pavement anti-sliding performance and traffic noise are carried out.Combined with the performance test of raw materials and the mechanical test of indoor simulation specimens,the effectiveness of the extremely thin wearing course is evaluated,and the intrinsic causes are analyzed.The results demonstrate that the extremely thin wearing course is featured with fast construction,firm bonding,anti-slip and noise reduction,water sealing and seepage prevention,environmental friendliness and low-carbon,as well as high cost-effectiveness.It is applicable to the rapid repair of cement pavement with lower target expectation and shortage of reconstruction funds.
