摘要
可建造BIM技术改变了传统的“方案-施工图-施工”流程。本文基于贵阳国际时尚发布中心项目,从项目管控角度,依托可建造BIM技术,将工程建造技术与方案设计、施工图设计进行一体化整合:在方案阶段即开始考虑项目可建造性,有效管控总体投资;在施工图阶段对关键点进行可建造深化,提高设计质量;在施工阶段利用数字化技术,提高施工效率。对项目整体而言,通过施工技术前置实现项目实施顺利、工期节约、质量可控,成本降低。可建造BIM应用是BIM技术的深入应用,其核心是通过IPD(Integrated Project Delivery)集成交付模式,将BIM模型和信息以可建造的标准呈现给各方,让BIM数据能充分应用于建造的各个环节。相信在不远的将来可建造BIM必将成为数字化与智能建造衔接的必经之路。
The buildable BIM technology has altered the traditional process of"from scheme to construction drawing to construction".Based on the project of Guiyang International Fashion Release Center,the engineering construction technology could be integrated with the scheme design and the construction drawing design from the perspective of project management and relying on the buildable BIM technology.Consequently,at the stage of designing scheme,the project constructability is considered,leading to the overall investment effectively controlled;at the stage of the construction drawing,the key points of the constructability are deepened to improve the design quality;at the stage of the building,the digital technology is utilized to enhance the construction efficiency.For the whole project,guarantees are provided to the project smoothly implemented,the construction period shortened,the quality controlled and the cost saved by using the technology of preposing the construction.In fact,the buildable BIM is the thorough application of the BIM technology.Its key is the BIM model and information are presented to all participants with the buildable standards by aid of the IPD(Integrated Project Delivery)mode,so that the BIM data could be fully employed to all links of the construction.It is believed that the buildable BIM will become the only way to connect digital technology with intelligent construction in the near future.
