摘要
分析我国建筑行业正面临诸多挑战,包括传统二维设计手段无法满足日益发展的建筑需求、项目链管理监督机制不完善、甲方优势地位过于突出等问题。通过对比BIM与传统设计手段的优劣性,把BIM与区块链相结合,提出一种可对项目进行有效管理的基于区块链的BIM建设系统;通过对比传统与新型建设项目模式的区别,展望建筑业未来,提出我国现阶段将BIM与区块链结合应用所面临的困难。
This paper analyzes the challenges faced by China’s construction industry,including the inability of traditional two-dimensional design methods to meet the growing demand for construction,the inability of project chain management and supervision mechanism,and the over-prominent dominance of Party A.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of BIM and traditional design methods,combines BIM and block chain to propose a BIM construction system based on block chain that can effectively manage projects.By comparing the differences between traditional and new construction project modes,looks into the future of the construction industry,and puts forward the difficulties faced by the combined application of BIM and block chain in China at the present stage.
