摘要
针对当下以BIM技术为中心的工程项目管理模式难以实现不同利益者之间信息传递的价值管理,分析BIM技术在工程项目管理中的应用缺陷,利用区块链技术去中心化、公开透明、不可篡改和可追溯等特点,构建“区块链+BIM”技术在工程项目管理中的系统框架。利用“区块链+BIM”平台可以对项目管理过程进行优化,对项目管理各参与方数据信息的输入、存储和查询,实现更加精细化、可视化、动态化管理。以BIM数据库为载体,以区块链为底层技术,以推动工程项目管理模式和方式更加高效、安全和智能。
Current BIM technology-centered engineering project management models have difficulties to realize the value management of information transfer between different stakeholders.To address the difficulties,this research analyzed the shortcomings of BIM technology in engineering project management,and built a system framework of"blockchain+BIM"technology in engineering project management by using the features of decentralization,openness and transparency,non-tamperability and traceability of blockchain technology.The"blockchain+BIM"platform can optimize the project management process,including optimizing the input,store and query the data and information of all parties involved in project management,and realizing more refined,visualized,and dynamic management.With the BIM database as the carrier and blockchain as the underlying technology,the project management modes and methods can be promoted to be more efficient,safe,and intelligent.
