摘要
煤体渗透率是反映瓦斯气体在煤层中渗流难易程度的重要指标,是衡量煤层瓦斯抽采抽放难易程度的关键参数。准确测试煤体渗透率对煤矿开采和矿井安全都具有重大意义。在研究煤体渗流理论和渗透率测试方法的基础上,设计了煤体渗透率测试仪,由供气系统、真空抽取系统、压力与温度调节系统以及浓度测量系统组成。通过FLUENT软件模拟了煤体渗透率测试仪在加热状态下的效果,表明了保温箱设置温度与密封腔出口气体温度的关系,为试验过程中保温箱温度设置提供了参考。利用SF_6作为示踪气体,对已知渗透率的小尺寸煤样进行低压环境下的渗透率测定试验,测定煤样的渗透率与煤样已知渗透率相比,测试误差在5%左右。开发的煤体渗透率测试仪与同类产品比较具有成本低,测试准确,操作简便的特点,在煤体渗透率测试领域有广阔的应用前景。
Coal permeability is an important indicator of the ease of gas percolation in a coal seam,and it is a key parameter for measuring the ease of gas extraction and release from a coal seam.Accurate testing of coal permeability is of great significance to both coal mining and mine safety.Based on the study of coal seepage theory and permeability test method,a coal permeability tester is designed,which consists of a gas supply system,vacuum extraction system,pressure and temperature regulation system,and concentration measurement system.The effect of the coal body permeability tester under heating conditions is simulated by FLUENT software,which shows the relationship between the holding tank setting temperature and seal chamber outlet gas temperature,and provides a reference for the holding tank temperature setting during the test.Using sulfur hexafluoride as the tracer gas,the permeability measurement test is conducted for small-size coal samples with known permeability under a low-pressure environment,and the testing eror is about 5%compared with the known permeability of the coal sample.The developed coal permeability tester has the features of low cost,accurate testing,and easy operation compared with similar products and has a broad application prospect in the field of coal permeability testing.
