摘要
在当前的经济发展新常态下,为推动经济发展方式转变,促进煤炭工业的转型升级,必须对煤炭行业和企业进行深刻的变革。通过运用战略思维方法,结合当前我国煤炭工业的具体形势开展较为全面的研究,针对目前我国煤炭行业面临的主要问题进行了系统深入的分析,找到了问题产生的原因,并且据此提出了一些操作性较强的措施和建议。
In order to promote transformation of economic development mode and accelerate transformation and upgrading of coal industry,mining industry and coal enterprises must reform profoundly under the current situation of new normal of economic development.According to utilization of strategic thinking methods,the authors conducted a comprehensive study by combining specific situation of China coal industry which systematic in-depth analyzed current main problems of China coal industry,found the causes of the problems and provided high operably measures and suggestions.
