摘要
[目的]探索鸡粪堆肥在水稻育苗基质配制过程中的应用效果。[方法]采用室内苗盘育苗的方式,以餐厨堆肥、泥炭及蛭石为原料,按照体积比重分别配制50%泥炭+50%蛭石(CK)、10%鸡粪堆肥+40%泥炭+50%蛭石(T1)、20%鸡粪堆肥+30%泥炭+50%蛭石(T2)、30%鸡粪堆肥+20%泥炭+50%蛭石(T3)、40%鸡粪堆肥+10%泥炭+50%蛭石(T4)及50%鸡粪堆肥+50%蛭石(T5)等6种育苗基质,以水稻为靶标作物开展育苗试验。参照苏州市农业地方标准《DB3205/T 212-2014水稻工厂化基质育秧技术规程》中规定的技术指标对不同处理水稻育苗基质的育苗效果进行分析,并运用隶属函数法与壮苗指数进行综合评价。[结果]随着鸡粪堆肥替代量的提升,育苗基质的理化性质及水稻幼苗的生长指标均出现明显的变化。T1处理的水稻育苗基质的理化性质及水稻幼苗的生长指标均能够完全符合《DB3205/T 212-2014》中的要求。随着鸡粪堆肥用量的提升,各处理水稻育苗基质的p H、EC值、容重、通气孔隙度等关键理化指标呈现逐步上升的态势,出苗率、株高、茎粗等生长指标呈现逐步下降的态势。[结论]结合隶属函数法与壮苗指数的综合评价结果,可以确定10%鸡粪堆肥+40%泥炭+50%蛭石配制形成的育苗基质的理化性质较为适宜水稻幼苗的生长。
[Objective]To investigate the impact of composted chicken manure in the creation of rice seedling substrates.[Method]The target crop for seedling trials was grown on the substrates 50%peat+50%vermiculite(CK),10%composted chicken manure+40%peat+50%vermiculite(T1),30% composted chicken manure+20% peat+50%vermiculite(T3),40% composted chicken manure+10% peat+50%vermiculite(T4),and 50% composted chicken manure+50% vermiculite(T5).The Suzhou agricultural local standard DB 3205/T 212-2014 Technical Regulations for Rice Industrialized Substrate Seedling Cultivation were used to analyze the seedling effects of the various treatments of rice seedling substrates,and the strong seedling index and subordinate function method were both used to conduct a thorough evaluation.[Result]The amount of chicken manure compost substitution had a significant impact on the physical and chemical characteristics of the seedling substrate and the growth index of the rice seedlings,and that the physical and chemical characteristics of the substrate treated with T1 and the growth index of the seedlings could fully satisfy the requirements of DB3205/T 212-2014.Key physicochemical indicators like pH,EC value,bulkiness,and aeration porosity of the rice seedling substrate in each treatment showed a gradual increase with the addition of more composted chicken manure,whereas growth indicators like seedling emergence rate,plant height,and stem thickness showed a gradual decrease.[Conclusion]When the results of the subordinate function method and the seedling strength index are combined,it is possible to conclude that the physicochemical characteristics of the seedling substrate made up of 10%composted chicken manure,40%peat,and 50%vermiculite are better suited for the growth of rice seedlings.
