药食两用中药材寒热属性的研究与分析 被引量:1

Study and Analysis of Cold and Heat Properties of Chinese Medicinal Materials for Both Medicine and Food

摘要 寒热温凉四个属性是中医药理论的核心之一和临床用药的主要依据之一。文章通过对药食两用中药材的寒热属性及功效进行整理归纳,结果显示:温热性占比达40.2%,其次是平性30.4%和寒凉品种29.4%;清热类多来自寒凉品种,补阳温里类全部来自温热品种。对营养成分和次生成分与寒热属性的相关分析,结果显示蛋白、脂肪、硒、生物碱与寒热属性显著相关。 The four properties of cold,heat,warm and cool are one of the cores of traditional Chinese medicine theory and one of the main bases of clinical medication.Through sorting and summarizing the cold and heat properties and efficacy of dual-purpose Chinese medicinal materials for medicine and food,the results show that the warm/hot nature accounts for 40.20%,followed by the flat nature with 30.39%,and the cold/cool nature with 29.4%.Most of the heat-clearing categories come from cold/cool varieties,and the warm varieties of tonic yang are all from warm/hot varieties.The correlation analysis of nutrient composition and secondary components and cold and heat properties show that protein,fat,selenium,alkaloids are significantly correlated with cold and heat properties.
