摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,测定柑桔蜜饯中胭脂红含量,通过构建数学模型,统计分析引起检验结果偏差的主要因素来源,计算出测定柑桔蜜饯中胭脂红含量的不确定度。结果表明,在95%置信区间下,柑桔蜜饯中胭脂红含量的测定结果为0.091 g·kg^(-1),扩展不确定度为0.003 g·kg^(-1)(k=2)。
This article uses high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of carmine in citrus candied fruits.By constructing a mathematical model and statistically analyzing the main factors that cause deviation in the test results,the uncertainty of carmine content in citrus candied fruits is calculated.The results indicate that at a 95%confidence interval,the determination result of carmine content in citrus candied fruits was 0.091 g·kg^(-1),with an expanded uncertainty of 0.003 g·kg^(-1)(k=2).
