摘要
液力透平是一种可以将工业流体余压回收再利用的节能设备。在甲醇合成工段,采用液力透平机组替换减压阀,可以较多地降低装置的运行成本。某厂甲醇合成工段年产粗甲醇272 t,投用液力透平技术后年产生电能2.72×10^(6)k W·h,可节省电费约136万元,经济效益显著。
Hydraulic turbine is an energy-saving equipment that can recycle the residual pressure of industrial fluids.In the methanol synthesis section,replacing the pressure reducing valve with a hydraulic turbine unit can significantly reduce the operating cost of the device.The methanol synthesis section of a plant has an annual output of 272 t of crude methanol,and after the application of the hydraulic turbine technology,the electric energy can be generated by 2.72×10^(6) kW·h,which can save about 1.36 million yuan,and the economic benefits are remarkable.
