摘要 论述了各类基于列管式固定床反应器的换热结构设计方案,讨论对象包括列管式反应器、刺刀管式反应器、自冷式反应器、分管束式反应器、板片式反应器及缠绕管式反应器,归纳了各类型反应器换热结构的特点和应用情况,以及目前存在的问题,阐述了径向流反应器的比较优势,提出了未来固定床反应器结构开发的研究思路。 The design scheme of heat exchange structures based on tubular fixed bed reactor was introduced,including the improvement of tube bundle support structure in tubular reactor,bayonet-type tube reactor,self-cooled reactor,tube bundle reactor,plate reactor,coiled tubular reactor.The characteristics and applications of various types of reactors,as well as the existing problems were summarized,the comparative advantages of radial flow reactors were explained,and the research ideas for the development of fixed-bed reactor structures in the future were put forward.
