摘要
中国制造业科技含量与国际前沿水平差距尚存,OFDI作为影响制造业发展的一项外在变量,能否对制造业生产效率有促进作用?通过使用《中国统计年鉴》等统计资料测度我国各省份(排除西藏)制造业2010-2020年的生产效率水平,实证分析OFDI对制造业生产效率的影响,以及产业升级在其中的中介效应。结果发现:OFDI对国内制造业生产效率有正向影响,可知国内生产要素资源与国外生产要素资源互补;产业升级在其中起到传导效果,且为部分中介;OFDI对我国东部地区制造业生产效率的影响显著促进,对我国西部地区影响不显著;OFDI对“一带一路”政策划定地区制造业生产效率影响显著促进,对非划定区有不显著的抑制效果。结果表明,充分利用OFDI带来的外部动能,可以打开我国制造业变革新局。
There is still a gap between the technological content of China's manufacturing industry and the international cutting-edge level.As an external variable that affects the development of the manufacturing industry,can OFDI have a promoting effect on the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry?By using statistical data such as“China Statistical Yearbook”to measure the production efficiency level of the manufacturing industry in China's provinces(excluding Tibet)from 2010 to 2020,The efforts should be made from multiple aspects such as overall layout,top-level design,regulations and policies,and technological innovation to coordinate eastern and western resources and form a national integrated big data center system.The results show that OFDI has a positive impact on the production efficiency of domestic manufacturing industry,indicating that domestic production factor resources complement foreign production factor resources;Industrial upgrading has a transmission effect and serves as a partial intermediary;OFDI significantly promotes the production efficiency of manufacturing in the eastern region of China,but has no significant impact on the western region of China;OFDI significantly promoted the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry in the areas designated by the"the Belt and Road"policy,but had an insignificant inhibitory effect on the non-designated areas.The results indicate that fully utilizing the external momentum brought by OFDI can open up a new era of evolution in China's manufacturing industry.
