SAP粒径对混凝土动态力学性能的影响研究

摘要 高吸水性树脂(SAP)改性混凝土具有优异的抗冻性、自密封和自愈合能力。然而,SAP粒径对混凝土动态力学行为的影响尚不清楚。文章采用压汞孔隙度分析和图像分析法研究了SAP粒径对混凝土总孔隙率和宏观孔(>100μm)孔隙率的影响规律,同时分析了SAP粒径对混凝土准静态和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:加入SAP可造成混凝土的动态抗压强度和弹性模量减小,且SAP粒径越大,混凝土抗压强度和弹性模量的减小程度越大。在动态和准静态压缩条件下,增加SAP颗粒尺寸会导致混凝土的动态抗压强度和动态弹性模量降低。 Concrete modified with Superabsorbent Polymers(SAP)has excellent frost resistance,self-sealing and self-healing property.However,the influence of SAP particle size on the dynamic mechanical behavior of concrete is stil unclear.The influence of SAP particle size on the total porosity and macropore(>100μm)porosity of concrete was studied with the mercury intrusion method and the image analysis method.The effect of SAP particle size on the quasi-static and dynamic mechanical properies of concrete was also analyzed.The results show that the dynamic compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete may decrease with the adding of SAP,and the larger the SAP particle size is,the greater the reduction ratio of compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete will become.Under the dynamic and quasi-static compression,increasing the SAP particle size will reduce the dynamic compressive strength and dynamic elastic modulus of concrete.
