复合高性能混凝土最优配合比选择及其抗渗性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了探讨在混凝土中掺入自燃煤矸石、矿渣对高性能混凝土抗渗性能的影响,采用自燃煤矸石和矿渣作为高性能混凝土的掺合料,通过正交试验确定了最优配合比方案,其最优方案为A1B1C2D3E2。以该最优方案配制高性能混凝土做抗渗试验,其抗渗性能比基准混凝土提高了48%。结合混凝土微观结构分析,得出掺入矿物细掺料后,对混凝土的水化产物有很大的改变,使得混凝土更加密实,改善了混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能。因此,复合掺入自燃煤矸石和矿渣能够制备出工作性好、强度高、抗渗性能良好的高性能混凝土。 In order to study the effect of adding spontaneous combustion gangue and slag on the anti-permeability performance of the high performance concrete, different-proportion spontaneous combustion gangue and slag are used as mixing material, the most opti mum mixing ratio scheme, namely A1B1C2D3E2. is selected through the orthogonal experiment. The anti permeability performance of the concrete, which adopts the optimum mixing ratio scheme, can be enhanced at 48% than basic concrete. Through microcosmic structure analysis, it is found that after adding mixing material, the hydration products of concrete changed greatly, the concrete be came denser, and the mechanics and durability performance of the concrete were enhanced. So high-performance concrete with high intensity and good anti-permeability performance can be produced through adding spontaneous combustion gangue and slag.
