摘要
为探究现代月季品种间杂交亲和性的影响因素和选配优良的种质资源,本研究以110份现代月季品种为研究对象设计312个杂交组合,进行倍性测定、花粉活力检测及杂交亲和性实验。结果显示,67份现代月季种质资源中,二倍体、三倍体、四倍体和五倍体数量分别为2、4、60和1。花粉生活力大于60%的品种有11个,其中活力最高的为‘安琪儿’,其花粉活力为70.73%。杂交组合中有74对存在结实,平均结实率为21.52%。通过对杂交组合结实率进行分析,发现亲本倍性对现代月季杂交亲和性虽具一定的影响,但并非关键因素;花粉活力与杂交亲和性有一定的相关性,但没有必然的因果关系;亲本品种的特性及其亲和性是影响杂交亲和性的重要因素。本研究筛选出9个适宜的母本材料、9个适宜的父本材料及15对亲和性高(结实率≥60%)的杂交组合,为现代月季杂交育种、亲本选择及杂交组合选配提供科学依据。
In order to explore the influencing factors of hybrid affinity between modern rose cultivars and to select excellent germplasm resources.In this study,110 modern Chinese rose cultivars were selected as the research objects to design 312 hybrid combinations,and the ploidy,pollen viability and hybrid affinity experiments were carried out.The results showed that the number of diploid,triploid,tetraploid and pentploid was 2,4,60 and 1 in 67 modern Chinese rose germplasm resources,respectively.There were 11 cultivars with pollen viability greater than 60%,among which‘Anqier'had the highest pollen viability with a pollen viability of 70.73%.Among the hybrid combinations,74 pairs produced seed and the average seed setting rate was 21.52%.Through the analysis of the seed setting rate of hybrid combination,it was found that although parental ploidy had a certain influence on the hybrid compatibility of modern rose,it was not the key factor.There was certain correlation between pollen viability and hybridization compatibility,but no causal relationship was found.The characteristics and affinity of the parent varieties are the important factors affecting the cross affinity.In this study,9 suitable maternal materials,9 suitable paternal materials and 15 hybridized combinations with high affinity(seed setting rate≥60%)were selected out,which provided scientific basis for modern rose cross breeding,parent selection and hybrid combination selection.
