葡萄不同倍性品种间杂交亲和性和后代染色体变异的研究 被引量:15

摘要 以9个不同类型的葡萄品种为亲本,进行了葡萄不同倍性品种间杂交亲和性和后代染色体倍性变异的研究,结果表明:葡萄不同倍性品种间杂交亲和性较差,难以获得杂种后代。其中以二倍体为母本,四倍体为父本,种子形成率、种子出苗率都高于四倍体为母本二倍体为父本。后代中共产生6株三倍体,以四倍体为母本,二倍体为父本,后代三倍体的比例为13.2%,高于以二倍体为母本,四倍体为父本。在以三倍体为育种目标的杂交中,应以优质的四倍体品种做为母本来配置杂交组合。 Using 9 different kinds of varieties of grape as parent, the researches on crossing compatibility and ploidy variation of chromosome in the progenies were conducted. The result showed that the crossing compatibility among different ploidy varieties was relatively poor and difficult to get crossing progeny. Using diploid as female parent and tetraploid as male parent, the seed forming rate and seed emergence rate were higher than that using tetraploid as female parent and diploid as male parent. When using tetraploid as female parent and liploid as male parent, the triploid proportion in progeny was 13.2%, higher than thst using diploid as female parent and tetraploid as male parent. Taking triploid as mainly goal of breeding, hybridization Combination should be made by using high quality tetraploid variety as female parent.
