高校师范生教育实践能力评价问卷编制研究

Research on the Development of the Evaluation Questionnaire of the Educational Practice Ability of Normal University Students

摘要 通过文献回顾、开放式问卷调查以及专家检验等方式,提出了高校师范生教育实践能力评价的理论构型,在此基础之上编制了高校师范生教育实践能力评价的初始问卷。选取典型被试对初始问卷进行预测,采用题总相关删除不合适题项,并通过首轮信度和效度检验,形成正式问卷。对正式问卷进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析的结果表明,师德践行、教学实践、综合育人、自我发展四个维度所包含的80个题项,其因子载荷量累计贡献率为63.56%,RMSEA等参数表明模型对数据拟合良好,正式问卷信度和效度第二轮检验亦满足统计学相关标准。该问卷主要用于师范生进行教育实践能力的自我评价,同时为进一步构建多元评价主体参与、融入表现性评价任务设计的师范生教育实践能力评价体系提供分析框架。 By means of literature review,open-ended questionnaire survey and expert examination,it put forward the theoretical framework of the evaluation of the educational practice ability of normal university students.On this basis,the initial questionnaire for the evaluation of the educational practice ability of normal university students was compiled.The original questionnaire was predicted by the typical subjects,and the inappropriate items were deleted by the total correlation,and the formal questionnaire was formed by the first-round reliability and validity test.The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis showed that there were 80 items in the four dimensions of teacher's ethics practice,teaching practice,comprehensive education and self-development,the cumulative contribution rate of factor load was 63.56%.RMSEA and other parameters showed that the model fitted the data well.This questionnaire was mainly used for self-evaluation of normal university students'educational practical abilities,and provided an analytical framework for further constructing an evaluation system for normal university students'educational practical abilities that involved multiple evaluation subjects and integrated performance evaluation task design.
