摘要
随着雷达技术的发展,微波模块正在向小型化、轻量化、高可靠性的方向发展。在实际生产过程中,T/R模块封焊盖板和壳体容易产生裂纹和气孔等缺陷,使产品的气密性不达标。文中对T/R模块常用的硅铝合金激光封焊工艺进行了试验研究,分析了峰值功率、脉宽、脉冲频率和离焦量对T/R模块焊接外观及气密性的影响,获得最优工艺参数。试验结果表明,工艺参数按照峰值功率为4.5 kW,脉宽为3.5 ms,焊接速度为2 mm/s,激光频率为15 Hz,离焦量为-1 mm时,能够获得较为优异的封焊质量,氦气漏气率优于5×10^(-6)Pa·m^(3)/s。最后总结了在生产过程中需要及时观察封焊质量来微调激光封焊的工艺参数,必要时更换新的激光保护镜片。试验结果对于指导激光封焊生产和工艺研究具有一定的意义。
With the development of radar technology,microwave modules are developing in the direction of miniaturization,lightweight and high reliability.In the actual production process,T/R module sealing cover and the shell are prone to defects such as cracks and pores,which make the air tightness of the product not up to the standard.In this paper,an experimental study on the laser welding process of silicon aluminum alloy commonly used in TR modules was carried out,and the influence of peak power,pulse width,pulse frequency and defocusing amount on the welding appearance and air tightness of the T/R module was analyzed to obtain the optimal process parameter.The test results showed that when the peak power was 4.5 kW,the pulse width was 3.5 ms,the welding speed was 2 mm/s,the laser frequency was 15 Hz,and the defocus was-1 mm,the sealing welding quality could be obtained,and the helium leakage rate below 5×10^(-6 )Pa·m^(3)/s.Finally,it was concluded that the sealing welding quality was needed to be observed in time to fine tune the laser sealing welding process parameters in the production process,and replaced the new laser protective lens if necessary.The test results had certain significance for laser sealing welding to guide production and process research.
