基于雷达TR组件的高多层微波板工艺研究

摘要 雷达天线中T/R模块是基本组件,其功用在于实现对发射信号的放大、对接收信号的放大以及对信号幅度、相位的控制,要求具备大功率、高效率、低噪声的同时,小型化和轻量化也是重要的设计指标。文章通过多次压合设计,超薄PTFE芯板增加补强板方式层压,利用二次激光控深揭盖、孔点电镀+POFV、过腐蚀高精度控深等技术。消除高多层微波板的过孔处产生“Stub”分叉、阶梯槽分层开裂,造成的传输信号完整性变差或失效等问题,从而达到TR组件的高多层微波板研发目标。 T/R module is the basic component of radar antenna,whose function is to realize the amplification of the transmitted signal,the amplification of the received signal and the control of the signal amplitude and phase.It requires high power,high efficiency,low noise and miniaturization and lightweight are also important design indicators.This essay introduces the lamination ways such as the multiple pressing design and the ultra-thin PTFE core plate to form reinforcement plate.It also uses the technologies such as secondary laser control of deep cover,hole point plating+POFV,high precision control of deep over corrosion,etc.to eliminate the problems of"Stub"bifurcation at the cross hole of high multilayer microwave plate and the layered crack of step slot,which result in the transmission signal integrity deterioration or failure.It achieves the research and development goal for high layer microwave PCB of T/R module.
