摘要
目的:分析双镜结合治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床有效性。方法:选择2017年5月~2022年5月本院诊治的100例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组以及对照组,每组50例患者。治疗方法分别采用双镜结合治疗和传统开腹治疗。针对组间手术时间、手术出血量、排气时间、下床活动时间、不良反应情况进行比较。结果:(1)观察组以及对照组手术时间比较并无显著差异,P>0.05;而观察组手术出血量、排气时间以及下床活动时间均少于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;(2)不良反应总发生率比较,观察组低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05;(3)比较观察组以及对照组手术成功率、结石残留率,并无显著差异,P>0.05;比较两组复发率显示观察组低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者在进行临床治疗中选择双镜结合治疗方法有助于病情恢复,且降低并发症发生率,安全可靠性良好,临床可行性显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of double endoscopy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis.Methods:In the research and analysis stage,100 patients with cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2022.100 patients were randomly divided into 50 patients in each group,namely the observation group and the control group.The treatment methods were double mirror combined treatment and traditional laparotomy.The time of cardiac operation,the amount of bleeding,the time of exhaust,the time of getting out of bed and adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results:①Statistics showed that there was no significant difference in operation time between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);The amount of bleeding,exhaust time and out of bed activity time in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);②The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);③Statistics showed that there was no significant difference in the operation success rate and stone residue rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis,the combination of double endoscopy is helpful to the recovery of the disease,reduce the incidence of complications,have good safety and reliability,and have significant clinical feasibility.
