摘要
结合杭州某基坑工程,对SMW工法桩+组合型钢支撑的支护体系在软土地区深基坑工程中的应用进行了介绍,包括支护形式的选择思路和设计、施工及监测。基坑支护施工共历时4个月,工期相较于传统的排桩+混凝土支撑方案缩短了1个月。监测数据显示:支护桩水平位移约为(0.23~0.29)%H,深层土体水平位移约为(0.58~0.65)%H(H为开挖深度),均满足常规基坑支护桩的变形要求。结果表明:通过将组合型钢支撑与SMW工法桩有效结合,可提高施工效率,节省工期,实现资源的循环利用。
Combined with a foundation pit project in Hangzhou,this paper introduces the application of the support system of SMW construction method pile+combined section steel support in the deep foundation pit project in soft soil areas,including the selection of the support form and the design,construction and monitoring.The foundation pit support construction lasted 4 months in total,and the construction period was shortened by 1 month compared with the traditional row pile+concrete support scheme.The monitoring data shows that the horizontal displacement of the retaining pile is about(0.23~0.29)%H,and the horizontal displacement of the deep soil is about(0.58~0.65)%H(H is the excavation depth),which meets the deformation requirements of the conventional foundation pit retaining pile.The results show that the combination of composite steel support and SMW construction method pile can improve the construction efficiency,save the construction period and realize the recycling of resources.
