摘要
文章基于Midas GTS NX,提出了1D单元组合型钢支撑截面形状简化建模方法:连接所有H型钢上翼缘,形成等翼缘厚度、同支撑宽度的整体盖板,并分析了简化后支撑截面参数变化。以南京某基坑工程为研究对象,建立三维基坑模型,分析不同组合型钢支撑截面特性对基坑工程的影响,并结合理正基坑计算结果,探索简化组合型钢支撑截面形状建模方法的可行性及合理性。结果表明:(1)对比理正基坑计算结果,从支护结构侧向变形分布曲线、变形最大值的误差范围、支撑轴力及分布趋势等方面,验证了简化组合型钢支撑截面形状建模方法是合理、可行的,为组合型钢支撑建模提供参考;(2)建立三维模型分析时,组合型钢支撑不宜按等抗弯刚度代换原则简化为截面规则的混凝土支撑;(3)简化组合型钢支撑截面形状建模方法产生的支撑截面参数误差可忽略不计。
Based on Midas GTS NX,a simplified modeling method of 1D element composite steel support section form is proposed:connecting all upper flange plates of H-beams to form an integral cover plate with equal flange thickness and the same support width,and analyzing the parameter changes of the support section after simplification.Taking a excavation project in Nanjing as the research object,a 3D excavation model is established to analyze the influence of different composite steel support section properties on the excavation project,and the feasibility and rationality of the simplified modeling method of the composite steel support section form are explored by combining the calculation results of LiZheng excavation.The results show that:1.By comparing the calculation results of LiZheng excavation,it is verified that the simplified modeling method of the composite steel support section form is reasonable and feasible from the lateral deformation distribution curve of the support structure,and the error range of the maximum deformation,and the size and distribution trend of the support axial force,which provides a reference for the modeling of the composite steel support;2.When establishing a 3D excavation model,the composite steel support should not be simplified into concrete support with regular section according to the principle of equal bending stiffness replacement;3.The parameter error of support section caused by simplifying the modeling method of the composite steel support section form can be ignored.
