基于轮齿承载接触分析的摆线针轮动力学建模 被引量:1

摘要 为计算并分析N型摆线针轮少齿差传动结构的传动性能,基于轮齿承载接触分析(LTCA)确定系统时变啮合间隙和时变扭转刚度,考虑摆线针轮旋转位移的影响,基于集中参数法建立系统六自由度(DOF)非线性动力学分析模型。基于牛顿第二运动定律确定的运动学平衡原理,建立系统动力学平衡方程,采用四阶龙格库塔法求解系统的动态响应,计算并分析不同齿廓修形算例下的整机传动误差,并对比同参数下设置的ADMAS仿真结果。结果表明:随着啮合间隙的增大,传动误差数值与波动幅值增大,减速器的稳定性降低,同时传动误差最大值与ADMAS仿真结果吻合性较好。 In order to calculate and analyze the transmission performance of cycloid drive,the time-varying meshing clearance and time-varying torsional stiffness of the system are determined based on the load-tooth contact analysis(LTCA)of gear teeth.Considering the rotation displacement of cycloidal wheel,a six-degree-of-freedom(DOF)nonlinear dynamic analysis model was established based on the lumped parameter method.Based on the kinematic balance principle determined by Newton’s second law,the system dynamic balance equation was established,and the fourth-order Runge Kutta method was used to solve the dynamic response of the system.The transmission errors(TE)under various examples of profile modification are calculated and analyzed,and the ADMAS simulation results are compared under the same parameters.The results show that with the increase of meshing clearance,the transmission error value and fluctuation amplitude increase,and the stability of the reducer decreases.Meanwhile,the maximum transmission error is in good agreement with the simulation results of ADMAS.
