摘要
基于能量法和局部接触变形的Hertz接触模型,考虑了摆线轮齿弯曲、剪切、受压变形以及针齿的弯曲、剪切变形,提出了摆线针轮齿轮副啮合刚度计算模型。计算了载荷作用下的摆线针轮扭转变形,给出了啮合点位置的啮合刚度和单齿等效扭转刚度计算公式。基于所提出的计算模型,分析了齿形参数偏心距、针齿分布圆半径、针齿半径及针齿数对啮合刚度以及单齿等效扭转刚度的影响。该计算模型可用于摆线针轮传动的受力分析以及动力学特性分析,具有一定的参考价值。
Based on energy method and Hertz contact theory,a calculation model of mesh stiffness of the cycloid-pin gear pair is proposed with considering the bending,shearing and compression deformation of the cycloid gear tooth as well as the bending,shearing deformation of the pin.With calculating the torsion deformation of cycloid gear under load condition,the calculation formula of mesh stiffness and torsional stiffness of single tooth pair at the contact point are given.Based on the proposed calculation model,the influence of tooth profile parameters on the meshing stiffness and torsional stiffness are analyzed,including the eccentricity,pin position radius,pin radius and tooth number.The calculation method can be used for the analysis of the force and dynamics characteristic of the cycloid-pin gear drive,it has a certain reference value.
