JWF1618型转杯纺纱机托纱板结合件优化设计

摘要 为了进一步提升JWF1618型转杯纺纱机的性能,确保其抬筒装置用料少、易加工、易装配,根据机械复杂性—费用曲线及实现功能的便利性对托纱板结合件的结构及加工工艺进行优化;通过延续原动结构,采用带PLC电磁阀控制气缸作为动力源实现单锭单控,将原托纱板结合件变为单臂支承、圆周运动、焊接固定,用45钢、Q235A冷轧钢作为托纱杆和其他零件材料等,详述托纱板结合件的结构确定、技术方案以及技术文件编制要点;通过纺纱试验对比,说明其所纺纱线强力数值稳定,平均接头强力达原纱强力的65%~75%。指出:优化后的托纱板结合件,易于加工和装配,附加值增大,能助力纺织企业降本增效。 In order to further improve the performance of JWF1618 rotor spinning machine and ensure that the bobbin lifting device uses less material and is easy to process and assemble,the structure and processing technology of yarn bar connector are optimized according to the mechanical complexity-cost curve and the convenience of function realizing.Through the continuation of the original dynamic structure,the use of PLC solenoid valve control cylinder as the power source to achieve single spindle and single control,the original yarn bar connector turns into a single arm support,circular movement,welding fixed,using 45 steel,Q235A cold rolled steel as the supporting rod and the material of other parts,the structure of the supporting piece,technical plan and key points of technical documents of yarn bar connector are described in detail.By comparison with spinning tests,the yarn strength is stable and the average joint strength is 65%~75%of the original yarn strength.It is pointed out that the optimized yarn bar connector is easy to process and assemble,and increases the added value,which can reduce the cost and increase the efficiency for textile enterprises.
