拖拉机压缩机固定支架有限元分析

摘要 目前农业机械拖拉机普遍所使用的压缩机支架多为Q235A材料钣金拼焊结构,由于其本身功能特性及其安装固定在在发动机附近的情形,压缩机固定支架的结构合理性、结构力学走向的符合性,对压缩机固定支架的可靠性有很大的影响。在新产品开发初期,对于一款新开发的压缩机固定支架产品,寻找一款量产经市场验证的压缩机固定支架作为标杆件,采用有限元仿真对比分析,检验新开发的压缩机固定支架是否满足性能要求,显得尤为重要。引入有限元仿真分析,可以在一定程度上,缩短新产品开发周期,降低研发成本。 Currently,compressor supports commonly used in tractor are mostly Q235A sheet metal tailor-welded structure.Due to its own functional characteristics and the situation that it is installed and fixed near the engine,the rationality of the structure and conformity of the structural mechanics trend of the compressor fixed support have a great influence on the reliability of the compressor fixed support.In the early stage of new product development,for a newly developed compressor fixed support product,it is particularly important to find a compressor fixed support that has been mass-produced and verified by the market as a benchmark piece,and to use finite element simulation comparative analysis to check whether the newly developed compressor fixed support meets the performance requirements.The introduction of finite element simulation analysis can shorten the new product development cycle and reduce the research and development cost to a certain extent.
