摘要
低屈服钢以其优越的延性与耗能能力,被广泛应用于抗震结构。为研究应力三轴度和洛德角参数对低屈服钢LYP160延性断裂下力学性能的影响,设计平板及其开槽试件、剪切与45°拉剪试件进行单调加载试验,得到应力—应变曲线、荷载—位移曲线、破坏模态以及断裂时的等效塑性应变等力学性能。试验结果表明:LYP160表现出明显的延性断裂特征;应力三轴度和洛德角参数是影响LYP160延性断裂的两个重要参数。结合试验数据与ABAQUS有限元分析,验证了Bai-Wierzbicki模型在LYP160延性断裂中的适用性。
Low yield steel has been widely used in anti-seismic structures due to its superior ductility and energy dissipation capability.Four groups of specimens including flat plates,shear plates,tension-shear plates,and grooved flat plates,are designed to carry out monotonic loading tests to investigate the effects of stress triaxiality and Lode angle on the mechanical properties(including the stress-strain curve,the load-displacement curves,the failure modes,and the equivalent plastic strain at initial fracture)of low yield steel-LYP160 under ductile fracture.The test results indicate that LYP160 specimens exhibit obvious ductile fracture.Stress triaxiality and Lode angle are two significant parameters influencing the ductile fracture of LYP160.The applicability of the Bai-Wierzbicki model to the ductile fracture of LYP160 is verified by combining the experimental data with the ABAQUS finite element analysis.
