摘要
目的:讨论标准化管理在提高医院生化检验质量中的作用。方法:选择2020年1月到2022年1月实行医院生化检验的患者60例作为实验组,使用标准化管理,选择2018年1月到2019年12月实行医院生化检验的患者60例作为对照组,使用常规管理。结果:两组的标本合格率,由于检验设备问题导致的差错,由于检验人员失误导致的差错率,患者对生化检验质量控制满意率,准确率、重现性、时效性以及误差率等生化检验结果相比(P<0.05)。结论:在医院生化检验中使用标准化管理,可以提高检验质量,降低误差率,提高检测准确性,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective:To discuss the role of standardized management in improving the quality of hospital biochemical examination.Methods:60 patients who underwent hospital biochemical examination from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the experimental group using standardized management,and 60 patients who underwent hospital biochemical examination from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the control group using routine management.Results:The sample qualification rate,error rate caused by inspection equipment problems,error rate caused by inspection personnel errors,satisfaction rate of patients to biochemical test quality control,accuracy,reproducibility,timeliness and error rate of biochemical test results between the two groups were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized management in hospital biochemical examination can improve the quality of the examination,reduce the error rate and improve the accuracy of the examination,which has important clinical value.
